Kolkata, October 3, 2026: Brazil recorded a convincing 4 – 0 victory over India in the FIFA International Friendly at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan, popularly known as Salt Lake Stadium, in Kolkata on Saturday.
Brazil controlled much of the match and produced four goals, with Estêvão, Pedro and Samuel Lino finding the net. Samuel Lino scored twice, including a goal deep into stoppage time.
Brazil strike before half-time
Brazil took the lead in the 29th minute, with Estêvão opening the scoring. India attempted to respond but struggled to create sustained pressure against the Brazilian defence.
Brazil doubled their advantage shortly before the break. Pedro scored in the 42nd minute, sending Brazil into half-time with a 2–0 lead.

Brazil extended their lead in the 58th minute, when Samuel Lino scored his first goal of the night to make it 3–0.
