Newtown has introduced a new concept. \u201cHappy Works\u201d is a working pod that has been set up 3 locations of Newtown, first one is adjacent to the NKDA office, second one is beside Sankalpa Housing and third one is opposite Eco Park Gate no. 4 where people can come to work when they need a quiet workspace, close to their home. These workspaces furnishes all elements of an environment conducive to productive work while allowing one to avoid using someone\u2019s private office or sitting out in the open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These working pods have been handed over to SHG. They will arrange for all necessary paid refreshments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RULES & REGULATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Opening Time & Closing Time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Monday 9 am to 8 pm
    Tuesday 9 am to 8 pm
    Wednesday 9 am to 8 pm
    Thursday 9 am to 8 pm
    Friday 9 am to 8 pm
    Saturday 9 am to 8 pm
    Sunday 9 am to 8 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Total nos of seats = 20<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Rent per seat for first 90 minutes is Rs 30 & for more than 90 minutes rate will be Rs 20\/hr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Conference room Rs 500\/hr.+ Rs. 20\/-@Seat\/hr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Food is available in the reception counter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Monthly rent\/seat is INR 4999\/- excluding GST.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Books are kept for reference and reading at the \u201cHappy Works\u201d. Lending of books is not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. All users have to maintain covid protocol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Please keep the store clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Outside Food\/Tea not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. Do not Smoke inside \u201cHappy Works\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    11. Please do not make any noise and use headphone if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    12. Carrying of water bottle\/ water pouch not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Happy Works is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for injuries sustained during the time of working.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. No firearms or other weapons are ever allowed inside our working pod or on our premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Members doing willful damage to Happy Works property will be required to financially reimburse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Have fun, be safe, be respectful and remember to use good judgment and professionalism in all situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. If Wi-Fi or AC does not work temporarily due to technical reason, no refund\/adjustment shall be given.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          6. Xerox copies, print, food, water are priced items.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
